LenderX® LX 2023.02 was released on 2/21/2023. This release allows vendor companies to specify the type of work they do and categorize themselves as Appraisal Company, AMC, or Alternative Valuations company. Additionally, we have added new forms to the LenderX fee schedule as well as archiving forms that are no longer in use.
