LenderX® LX 2023.04 was released on 3/23/2023. In this release, LenderX has updated the user interface to reflect the addition of vendors other than appraisers. This includes changing references of “Appraisers” to “Vendors” and “Appraisals” to “Orders.” This process begins with this release and will continue for the next several releases and includes updates to Permissions, Preferences, and Menus. These updates will not change any of the features or functions of LenderX.
