LenderX® LX 2022.08 was released on 8/2/2022 and included new fields for appraisal orders and updates to our Vendor API.
We have added new fields to support the use of new Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae forms. The fields are for LP Key Number for Freddie Mac loans and DU Case Number for Fannie Mae loans. These fields can be found when creating and viewing orders in LenderX as well as in events for customers that use the Vendor API.
