Coming soon – LXAssistant
Following our announcement of ownership changes of the LenderX platform, we are excited to share news of an upcoming release of LXAssistant. This is the first of many new features for appraisers utilizing LenderX.
We know your time is valuable. Your ability to communicate with lenders quickly on items from anywhere is as important to you as it is to the clients you serve. With this in mind, we are preparing to launch our new appraiser text messaging service: LXAssistant. This service will assist appraisers to manage orders on the LenderX platform by sending text notifications and reminders to appraisers automatically, getting ahead of lender inquiries and communications. There are no additional applications to download on your phone, no need to take up space.
We will be providing this service to appraisers at no additional cost! To begin, we will be providing notifications when the following events occur:
- New Assignment – Accept, Negotiate or Decline from anywhere.
- Inspection Set Reminders – A reminder to fill in the inspection date on the order. You’ll even be able to set them without your computer.
- Manage Communications – Be notified when new comments are sent to you and respond without needing a computer.
We’re also in development with more features and events to enhance the reminders in relation to more actions occurring on your orders.
To ensure that you can utilize this new feature, please take a moment to log in and review “My Account”. LenderX will be providing opt-in options in the next few weeks. If you would like to opt-out and not receive any notifications, please check the opt-out option in your profile. As a reminder, you can add or remove contact information from your profile at any time.
The entire LenderX team is working on exciting new changes to further build on increasing appraiser panel satisfaction and reduce touch points. Watch for more updates in the coming weeks.

– Usage of this service is optional and is not a condition of using our service. Notifications sent via this service are not and will not include advertisements or promotions for services.
– Alerts sent via SMS/MMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. LenderX does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered by wireless carriers and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
